The FLORIDA GULFCOAST COMMERCIAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® mission is:

To create a forum for commercial real estate professionals to provide effective and responsive services to its members. The membership of FGCAR is dedicated to maintaining high standards of conduct and ethics in their business dealings and to the protection of private property rights.
